In order to foster healthy rivalry and to develop in children a sense of responsibility and co-operation, the whole school is divided into four houses – Bartholomeans, Gerosians, Cecilians and Gorettians. The Head Girl and her assistant are elected by secret ballots by the students. Captain and Vice- Captains are nominated by the H.M and the Staff.
Each class has the Class Leaders and Squad Leaders who are responsible for the discipline and order of the class, especially in the absence of the teacher. All the activities of the school, co-curricular as well as extra- curricular are organized on the House system.
